With 20 years of experience, I have practiced in a wide range of of work environments.  I am a generalist by training and, as such, have comfort working with a variety of concerns.

I have been trained in a number of different styles of therapy but prefer to work from a gestalt perspective.

In addition to being a gestalt therapist, there are a few values that I think are important to bring to the therapy space: curiosity, humor, presence, honesty, and a healthy respect for the human condition -- in all forms.

I moved to North Carolina in 2011 and now consider the triangle area home. Other places I've called home include:  Baltimore, MD; Madison, WI; Boston, MA; New Orleans, LA; Vero Beach, FL; and San Luis Potosi, Mexico (where I was born).
